Business days: Monday–Friday. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
Orders are shipped using USPS or UPS. Carrier selection may depend on cost, destination, and estimated delivery time. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout is an estimate only and is not guaranteed.
Once a package leaves our possession, carrier delays and transit times are outside the control of Miracle Peptides. For carrier-specific transit questions, customers should contact USPS or UPS directly.
Tracking information is updated by the carrier as the package moves through processing facilities. Miracle Peptides generally sees the same tracking information that is available to the customer.
If there is a shipping problem, contact Miracle Peptides and we will assist with next steps when the issue is within our ability to address.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of the products and applicable restrictions, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If an order is shipped incorrectly or you receive an item different from what you ordered, contact Miracle Peptides by email within 10 days of delivery. We will review the issue and, when approved, provide a replacement for the original item at no additional cost.
